Marko is a senior advisor at Mill Reef Capital and supports the firm in the legal due diligence of transactions. Marko was previously head of the internal global legal team at LGT Capital Partners and holds a LL.M. from New York University School of Law, US.
Michel Klingler
Senior Advisor Tax
Michel is a senior advisor at Mill Reef Capital and supports the firm in taxation and structuring matters. Michel is currently Head of Group Taxes at Leonteq and was previously Head of Tax Services at Partners Group. Michel holds a Master of Arts from University of Zurich and a Master of Business Law & Taxation from University of Mannheim. He is a CAIA Charterholder and a participant in the Executive PhD Program in Management at the Management Center Innsbruck.
