Marko is a senior advisor at Mill Reef Capital and supports the firm in the legal due diligence of transactions. Marko was previously head of the internal global legal team at LGT Capital Partners and holds a LL.M. from New York University School of Law, US.

Michel is a senior advisor at Mill Reef Capital and supports the firm in taxation matters. Michel is currently the Chief Legal & Tax Officer at Egeria Group AG and was previously Head of Tax Services at Partners Group and Head of Group Taxes at Leonteq.
