Mill Reef Capital, a highly specialized secondary investor in private equity, is excited to announce the final closing of its maiden fund, Mill Reef Capital Fund SCS, at the hard cap of EUR 180 million. Mill Reef Capital’s investor base includes reputable institutional investors such as insurance companies, corporate and public pension plans and sophisticated family offices.

The fund specializes in smaller and more complex secondary transactions. Limited competition in this space allows Mill Reef Capital to target transactions with an attractive risk-return profile. The fund has already invested across differentiated and attractive secondary transactions, including providing liquidity to investors in funds and additional capital to fund managers; this includes preferred equity solutions for funds and portfolio companies as well as financing of single or multiple asset continuation vehicles for the most promising portfolio companies.
